Once a week, the children's library at Shepherds Bush hosts a session for under-5s and their parents. Children take part in activities like storytelling, craft and music. Of course, all of this fun is a great way for younger children to learn useful new skills. It also provides local parents with an opportunity to meet other parents and experience a bit of grown-up conversation. The free Under-5s Sessions take place at Shepherds Bush Library every Tuesday, 10:30 to 11:30 Other libraries with free Under-5s sessions in Hammersmith & Fulham are: Fulham Library, Tuesdays 14:15 to 15:15 Askew Road Library, Thursdays, 10:30 to 11:30 and the first Saturday of every month, 11:00 to 12:00.
